CONFERENCE DATES

Sunday 10th - 17th July 2011

Registration: Sunday 10th July, 10am - 5pm

Departure: Sunday 17th July, after breakfast.

CONFERENCE & WORKSHOPS REGISTRATION FORMS

The Conference Registration Form lists your preferences for the various elements of the conference, including accommodation, banquet and workshop materials.

The Workshops Registration Form lists your preferred Workshops program. Please read the description of all workshops, (shown on the Workshops page), carefully and fill in your first and second choices on the form you have downloaded.

You can download all forms for printing by clicking on the links in the box to the right of this page.

The Registration Forms will need to be returned ASAP with your Non-Refundable Deposit of $250.00 or payment in full.  Enrolments will continue to be accepted whilst vacancies are available in the workshops. Please keep a copy for your records.

Unfortunately the committee cannot accept your registration without the non-refundable deposit. Please forward both a Conference and a Workshop Registration Form with your payment to:

CANCELLATIONS

The Committee reserves the right to limit class sizes and cancel workshops in the event that minimum enrolments are not reached eight (8) weeks prior to the conference. Should any workshops be cancelled you will be allocated your second choice and will be advised.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

You will need to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit of $250 to secure your place in the Conference.

Progressive payments are acceptable. For direct deposit payments please contact Cherryl for bank details. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments.

Final payment is required no later than the 21st May 2011. No extension of time can be granted.
