COLLEGE FACILITIES

St. Leo’s College, University of Queensland, has a range of single, comfortable, carpeted bedrooms which include Internet access. Many common areas are available for relaxation with an on-site bar.

The on-site university shopping village nearby includes a pharmacy, doctor, dentist, news agency, bookshop, coffee shops, cinema, hair salon, sports facilities, and an ATM.

The magnificent grounds of the University provide a tranquil setting for when relaxation and reflection is needed.

STANDARD ACCOMMODATION

Single lockable room with shared bathroom facilities. Approximately eight rooms per wing.

Bedding and towel included, with towel change/s through the week.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

SPECIAL DIETS

St Leo’s make provisions for specific dietary requests such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and non-dairy diets.

Please advise your special dietary requirements on the ‘Special Diet’ form and forward with your application forms.

HIRE TOOLS

If you are travelling by plane and require a marble tooling surface, skiving glass, mallet, or cutting mat.

There is a fee of $20.00 to pay for hire equipment. (for 1 or 4 item’s) payable on collection. (CASH ONLY)

Unfortunately, this fee has be introduced due to items not being returned or being damaged.

HIRE TOOLS COLLECTION

Items can be collected on Saturday/Sunday, or before 8.30am on the day of your workshop.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

If you are flying, take a taxi from the Airport to St. Leo's College, College Road, University of Queensland.

Alternatively
The Brisbane Airport Train to the city leaves every 30 minutes.

After arriving at the Transit Centre, Roma Street (City), hire a taxi to St. Leo's College, which is only 5 kilometres away.
